"We booked this hotel nearly a year ago but when we arrived they said that they only had one room available which wasn't very nice so would we like an "upgrade" to their sister hotel. We looked at both rooms and decided to stay in the sister hotel which was OK. I think this is a ploy that they use on a regular basis."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santa Prisca. The main reason why we chose this hotel was because they offered off road parking - which is tough to find in Rome. It turned out that it was even better than we could have imagined! The location is fantastic - right outside the hotel are bus stops that can quickly take you into the city centre. But you're just outside the busy centre so you can get a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were so friendly - they were happy to answer questions...

"The two of us had a nice stay at this property in Testaccio and would be happy to stay there again. Generally quiet but interesting neighborhood with a local feel but convenient to sites (by public transportation, and Colisseum area is within walking distance). Bed quality was fine and linens were all clean. Everything worked. Quibbles . . . Did not open sofa bed, but cushions were too soft for sitting and cover was grimy on the armrests. Shower is a bit small, and though there is a window in...

"Hotel was in a good location to get to both the centre of Rome and the coast. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area, reasonably priced. Staff was very helpful when needed. The breakfast options could have been better. The rooms were very clean and services daily however fresh towels daily would make this better. Overall thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to a friend."

"Great staff room was nice and clean but the bathroom had lots of black mold on the ceiling the location is next to the train but the area/neighborhood was very dirty trash everywhere.great hotel in a bad location "
