"Fantastic location and for a single female travelling solo I felt super safe with the double front doors. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean & I was actually super impressed by the housekeeping service. kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom amenities smell devine, In an ideal world I would love a kettle in my room but aware I am staying in Guest House and not a hotel. I personally found the mattress really hard but cant please everyone with mattresses............... "
"The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The welcome complementary mocktail (or cocktail, if you prefered) was delicious. The rooms were basic, but comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs. We'll certainly be staying here again. "
"The hotel staff across the board were attentive and extremely polite abd helpful. Very comfortable beds overall an absolutely lovely place to stay right on the entrance to the grand place "
"We had a great stay here, hotel is very clean and staff are very nice and accommodating. It is in the center of the city, easily walkable to many tourist sites "
"We stayed there 3 nights, room was spacious, clean. Pool is small but was enough to enjoy. Would not really recommend breakfast option but it was much cheaper than outside. Overall we enjoyed the stay"

"I just feel very comfortable in this hotel Nordic style suits me well. Staff at the reception are always efficient and friendly. This time did not have breakfast as could not justify the cost £27. But there are lovely places nearby for tea and fantastic sourdough crispy sandwich nearly third of the price. That reminds me only thing is just coffee machine in the room. I need 3 mugs of tea in the mornings but being scandi coffee is norm. I still love the place and location useful as well as choice of places to eat. Bed soft but comfortable. I don’t think air conditioning in the room but able open the window which is less likely in many hotels nowadays. Will be back next time if coming to Brussels."
"The hotel is a 18 minute walk from the Grand Place main square in Brussels. There's several stores and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful."
"Access to train was great. Surrounding area is very sketchy. We walked to the Grand Place and witnessed a woman physically assaulting another woman. Didn't feel safe to walk back afterwards."
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, which was perfect for us with our two daughters. The bathroom was clean and large, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious. The pool had a wonderful view that made our time there even more special."
"Although the neighborhood (across from the rail station) is a little sketchy, the hotel itself is first rate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Both the common areas and the rooms are sportlessly clean. Room is generously spacious and bath is big and modern (although there is a high step-over to get into the tub). Skip breakfast -- it's overpriced. "
