"I did not like the fact that midway through our stay we were approached to pay $400.00 plus on our account. I have never experienced this ever, considering we do a reasonable amount of travelling. I was also upset because the several people staying at the hotel I spoke to said that they were never approached to do the same. So my question is? WHY US?? Is it because you didn't trust us?? We are both in our 80's there was no way we were going to scarp it and not pay. We have always paid on our departure. I have to say that our sea-facing room didn't appeal to me due to the noise from the sea and I did try to change but was told there were no rooms by poolside. The ants were a nuisance, they came out of areas where there was no food. The staff were very helpful especially "Papa Tum" I think his name is, he was the one who took guests bags to their rooms and also "Julie" the cleaner she was great as well."

"Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff were excellent. The breakfast suited me I was happy with my toast and jam and coffee ☕. The bar was a joy every time. We ate lunch/dinner there five times out of the seven days we were there . Awesome."
