The only real complaint is not even their fault. Never being to Catalina before, it was a little intimidating having to walk through a neighborhood outside the strip, but everything was so close it didn’t matter. The hill is steep if you have any walking difficulties and/or handicaps so a taxi is recommended if you cannot walk the hill to get to the hotel. The hotel staff were not only extremely helpful and friendly, but they really made sure our stay was welcome to the first order. Probably the friendliest people we met on the island which is crazy since most of everybody we met were quite friendly. We will for sure be back!

Like that is walkable and close to the beach, place is clean and nice kitchen. I would recommend to have coffee mugs since the coffee cups are too small for someone hat likes coffee :)

The rooms are really good sized for Catalina with a comfortable King Sized bed and well stocked kitchen and pretty quiet area. What they don't tell you : No A/C! No working FAN at all! Slow internet speeds and No view of the ocean. No van to meet you at the dock and it's an upward climb with luggage.

Water damage on the ceiling and appliances are rusty. But the bed, kitchen, and bathroom were clean! AC worked perfectly, the bed and pillows are comfy I knocked out every time i went to bed. Room keys stopped working the second day - had to call front desk to give us new ones. Overall a great stay, the pictures match the expectation. Reachable to the main town!
