"Just checked out/ no late check out today for us but they do hold your luggage for as long as you need- the room was huge with a fire place - live music outside your window/ spa and shops near by/ EVERYTHING within walking distance/ even the golf course/ breakfast was nice/ fresh OJ, pastries/ Greek yogurt/ bagels cream cheese/ toast/ cereal/ very nice staff/ the hot tub looks bigger in person/ great view and clean: beds were firm: nice pillows/ good towels: no insects: and there’s a cool glass elevator to use. "

"Hotel Atwater was phenomenal! This was our first time visiting Catalina Island. Everything from the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, decor, comfort and general convenient location made it the PERFECT place. We felt very welcomed as soon as we stepped into the hotel. It is a newly renovated hotel that has elegance and charm, just as Catalina Island is known for. We were very blown away by all of the “perks” that come with the hotel. It was also so nice to just be able to walk right outside and have the water, shops and restaurants just right there. We will definitely be back. Thank you Hotel Atwater for an unforgettable experience! "

"One of the cheapest. Small walk uphill to property, but not bad at all. I’m overweight, so if I don’t mind the walk up, then it’s not bad. Clean room, bathroom, place has HBO. No ice bucket, but got a small bag for ice. No elevator, and they have 3 floors. I’d definitely stay here again. I had no issues. There’s no A/C, but didn’t need in April "

"Very pleased with their service I actually was attempting to book a second night bc the ferry was leaving till later that night but they offered a late check out at 12 and they offered a place where we could have our stuff till we had to leave which was very nice of them, and also they let us check in earlier than the check in time. Besides that is pretty close to everything there’s alot around there we was very pleased with them. "
