I’ve stayed in Catalina countless amount of times and I hate that this is my first time time staying here. It was an amazing location and they had such nice staff and super accommodating to check in and check out. I will definitely stay here next time I’m back.

Very nice old school place, I'd say it is original to the island. Three floors, no elevator, very charming. We stayed in the Errol Flynn room, King bed with large bathroom, very clean. We had excellent service from the staff. We had free continental breakfast, bagels, cream cheese, muffins, fruit, juice and coffee. They offered free bottled water, which is so rarely offered in hotels today. This place was so conveniently located to the beach, shops, and the grocery store.

This is a very old hotel . It is kept up well but I paid $600 for 1 night !! I understand Catalina but $150 hotel anywhere else . It had no view ! Good location though !

I had an excellent stay from start to finish. The service was truly outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, with every area well-maintained and spotless. It made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. We were welcomed very kindly; we were able to leave our luggage in a designated storage area while we waited for check-in time. The room was very clean, and the location is close to everything—right outside, there’s a pizzeria (which is delicious, by the way! 😁), as well as a liquor store just a few steps away in case you need to pick up some snacks.

The staff is amazing. The location is fantastic. With that in mind, it is an older property so floors are squeaky, walls are super thin and you can hear every footstep on the floor above and the stairs. You can hear full conversations clearly from neighboring rooms.
