The check-in process (including magnetizing door keys) is 100% self-serve. Staff is standing by and is helpful, but doesn’t do the check-in themselves. Our room was comfortable enough for an overnight layover. The only issues were 1) a squeaky bathroom door and 2) no instant coffee (only teas) in the room."

"Pleasant place, good price, helped that there’s a tram line just outside of the hotel. Main negative was that there was zero drawer space in the room and little space to stretch out (no comfy sofa) and use for belongings. Since we were there for 6 nights it would’ve been nice to have more spaces to unpack and for food, etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and it is a nice new accommodation in a nice area, with an easy tram ride into the city centre."
