"We had a late arrival into Vienna after 17 hours in transit from the US. We saw the NH as being a WALK from baggage claim (5 minutes), decent reviews, king beds, and a buffet breakfast. Our idea was to be in bed as quickly as possible after landing.
It worked great. We landed at 10:20. We were in line for immigration at 10:30, and done at 10:35. Our bags arrived at 10:45. We walked in the door of the hotel at 10:53, and were in our room at 11:02. Time for a little unpacking, a shower,teeth brushing, and into bed before 12. Perfect.
The hotel REALLY is a 5-minute walk from baggage claim. Check-in un unnecessarily slow, given that we'd reserved on their website and they had all the info on us.. Even so, it was less than 5 minutes.
The bed was firm. A choice of thin and thick pillows. Good shower. Nice desk.
Breakfast was an extensive buffet.
We heard no road noise or airport noise.
I don't think I'd want to stay at the airport multiple days, but this was a great way to end a long set of flights, and get horizontal with out delay."
