The home is a 13 minute drive to downtown and the Convention Center! Each unit is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom in North Central Austin. The bathroom has a new vanity, faucets, fixtures, and glass tile tub surround. There is plank flooring throughout.

The home has 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. There is a large flat screen tv in the living room, DirecTV, and WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, bake ware, dishes, utensils, and more. And of course, there are linens, towels, toiletries, and more.

The home has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 5 people total.

Don’t hesitate - Great Stay!

This was the perfect stay for me. Great location. Nice fenced in backyard for my pup. Host checked on us via text and communicated well. There were zero issues with this stay. The place was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again on our next trip to Austin.

Great property and excellent host

This condo was perfect for our needs. Greg, the host was very prompt not just in answering questions but also in getting things done. We had a nice stay and we'd highly recommend this place. It is also close to lots of different things.

nice place to stay for a weekend or quick trip

My husband, baby, and I just moved back to Austin and needed a place to stay for about 11 days. While this place is perfect for a weekend or quick trip, I probably only would recommend it for that. The trim along the kitchen cabinets fell off multiple times, once on my foot, and the quality of the cooking utensils is very low (pots and pans are nice though!). This place could be upgraded with more counter space in the bathroom, especially for the ladies! They do have luggage racks and nice curtains to keep out light if you're trying to sleep in. There is no access to netflix or amazon TV, that was a miss. All in all, nice place for a quick trip! Very friendly and responsive hosts.

Excellent communication and good location.

Property manager is great and easy to work with. He would text if maids were coming to the property next door or if our property was due for a routine maintenance (ex~ exterminator.) Perfect for the quick access to downtown Austin. It was exactly as described:-).

Fantastic short term

We stayed in unit B for nearly 6 months. It has everything you need, the owner is SUPER quick to respond to any queries or issues. The little backyard area was great, as we BBQ a lot. It's affordable, 2 rooms and very central. Thanks for making our move from WA to TX just so much easier! Definitely a place I can recommend!

Centrally located Wooten Duplex

Property well appointed. Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Easy drive into Austin and points North. A couple of cleaning issues at check-in, but owner Greg was very responsive and on top of it. Corrected issue right away! Overall, a good experience. I can confidentiality recommend.

Great duplex close to everything

This duplex is very well done inside, leaving nothing to be wanted as far as style and comfort. The bed felt amazing to boot! Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays in Austin.

Our second stay!

This was our second 5 week stay here. The property is clean and has all the amenities we need. Recently updated with wood floors was a major improvement making the home more cozy and warm. Greg is always available and delivers great customer service. The location is perfect for easy access to downtown, many restaurants and activities. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to Austin.

Comfortable and convenient

This was our second stay at this duplex and will be our first choice for our future visits to Austin. The efficient management of the rental added to our positive experience. We were so pleased that things went smoothly and we did not experience any problems with entry and there was a book of instructions and answers to any questions that we might have. We will be back!

Great location! Cute house!

Our stay was very comfortable. We live in Austin and needed a place for ourselves and our pet children to stay while we were having some renovations done on the house. We were pleased to stay in the hot neighborhood of Allandale, as we have heard a lot of good things about this area of town. We are food and wine people and there were more restaurants we wanted to try than we could even squeeze into our 4 night stay! Right on Burnet Road you have more restaurants, the best furniture and thrift shopping, and plenty of yoga studios to keep you occupied. The commute downtown was super quick and easy. The house was very cute and comfy and our dogs enjoyed having the little fenced yard to run around and play in.

Great place to stay in Austin!

We were very pleased with the 2 Bedroom Modern duplex during our recent visit to Austin. Our contact with Gregg, one of the managers, was very pleasant and he responded immediately to any questions we had. The duplex is very clean and the decor is modern and attractive, making for a very comfortable place to stay. The property is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was easy to navigate to and from as we shopped and visited family in Austin. We will most certainly make this our first choice for future visits to Austin.

Convenient Location/Great Owner

This is a recently redecorated duplex with new appliances. The location in north-central Austin is convenient to restaurants, shopping, events, etc. The owner was extremely attentive to our needs....very hands-on ! The rental rate was reasonable...we stayed six weeks to escape the winter up north! I would definitely recommend this property to others wishing these features in a short-term rental.

Great little place to stay!

This property is really cute! It is furnished pretty much entirely with Ikea products, which makes it look modern and adorable. It is fresh and clean. It appears to have been pretty recently renovated. It is small, but that's what we were expecting and were fine with that. It has two bedrooms, one of which is pretty large and has a king sized bed. The other has a queen bed. I'd say the beds are probably pretty comfortable for most people, but I can't say for sure because I have fibromyalgia and have to sleep on an airbed or have a lot of pain. So I only slept on the bed the first night. It certainly wasn't as hard as hotel beds usually are! The kitchen is tiny but efficient. Same for the bathroom. There's a little yard for unit B, the unit we stayed in. Outside the slider at the dining area is a little patio with chairs and a table, and a gas grill (which we didn't use). My daughter and grandson and I stayed in the unit. We had my dad and stepmom, and my brother and his wife come for visits (they did not stay with us), and there was plenty of room and enough chairs for everyone to be comfortable. There's a laundry unit in the carport and space to park two cars if you park tandem with one in the driveway and one in front of it in the carport. We ran into a brief plumbing issue (not caused by any problem with the unit) and were able to find the plunger and so were able to deal with the issue. There are cleaning supplies in plenty and lots of towels. Probably another couple of blankets would have been good, but for the two beds there were at least two blankets each. I loved the modern decor and the clean, calm feeling of the unit. It felt more like being home somehow, though it is very different from my own aging home. The neighborhood is quiet, without a lot of traffic, just like I like it. However, it is within a block or so of Burnet, a main drag full of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and AMY'S ICE CREAM!!! Yum! There were tons of things to do, and most of them within a reasonable drive from the unit. We actually spent a lot of our time (a week) IN the unit itself and very happily so. We did some cooking as we actually only ate out once during the week, so having a big fridge, dishwasher and cooking facilities was perfect. We had lots of fun with all the kid things to do in Austin! We are very happy with our stay! Would recommend this to families, couples, and retired persons!

Great Modern Duplex

This was actually my first VRBO stay. The location is in a quiet neighborhood in Allandale. It was really close to places I wanted to be near, so I loved that. The whole unit has been redone in a very sleek/IKEA way (it was probably mostly Ikea). They have modern lighting and stained/sealed concrete floors. The furniture is all well decorated and I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed. There was no ceiling fan, so that might be an issue for some if they want the ambient noise. I really liked the accent light on the book stand next to the couch. There were some very minor things that I needed to be taken care of and Greg did so IMMEDIATELY. It helps so much to stay somewhere and have people take care of even minor things, like a light being out. The TV and AT&T U-verse service are nice and there is plenty to watch/record. There is a full kitchen for those that want to cook, but you will have to get some minor stuff (like oils/salts I think...). By the way, I did see a bus stop on Burnet not far from the location. I would definitely recommend staying here versus a hotel.
