"The staff at check in was very friendly and efficient. However, we couldn’t get in to the unit until maintenance came to reset the key card reader. The unit was fairly clean but so dated and worn. The two decks overlook a pond but the nails are popping out of the wood so you couldn’t walk on them without shoes. The curtains were very soiled and old. These could be very nice rentals if they were gutted and updated. "

"The property is very nice and spacious. It’s very clean with comfortable furniture and an updated kitchen. The property is in a great location for walking to shopping and restaurants. If we ever need to come back to New Bern, we would definitely stay here."
