"A good and helpful welcome on arrival. A clean and comfortable large room with a nice view of the countryside. The surrounding well kept lawns led to the river and offered walks for all abilities with entertainment watching the fly fishermen. The restaurant is excellent for both breakfast and evening meals with a large choice. The meals were interesting and different with great choices and even a tasting menu. Thank You to all the staff for their welcome and helpful attitude."

I should have queried it with him, but I let it slide as everything else was perfect. Maybe the owner needs to check the advertisement on hotels.com? Otherwise, couldn't recommend enough. I would happily stay again on my next visit."
