"Communication on Vrbo app was useless. No responses. Just automated reminders to leave window closed etc. The air conditioning is downstairs only. All the beds are upstairs. Disappointing. The couch was broken and tried to have been repairs many times. You could see all the screw marks on the legs. This just needs to be replaced. No more fixing is sustainable.
