"Communication on Vrbo app was useless. No responses. Just automated reminders to leave window closed etc. The air conditioning is downstairs only. All the beds are upstairs. Disappointing. "The owners are dishonest and difficult to deal with. They advertised the house as a 3 pm check-in and noon check-out but demanded that it be vacated by 10.00 am after the booking despite the posted noon check-out. I needed that extra time for an interview I had set up so had to find other accommodation and not use their house. They have refused a refund and have now altered their advertisement to now say 10.00 am check-out. I have never in 30 years of traveling given a bad review but this sadly...
