"Very nice room with full kitchen in a desirable wooded area. The murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. The gas fireplace heater kept the room toasty. The food at the restaurant was very good. I had a little problem with the dryer being slow to dry. The girl at the front desk was very helpful, as was the young maintenance man when we had a problem with our carbon monoxide detector. The texting with the AI/staff was super helpful."

"Nice, relatively affordable location for a weekend trip. I brought my own pan for cooking, but there was a large pot provided, along with utensils , cups, and plates. Small coffee maker. Bathroom was clean, and shower had soap and shampoo provided, but bring your own conditioner and hairdryer as there is none provided. Only two "issues". The toilet paper holder was broken on the wall, so rolls of TP were left on the back and the Cable did go out one night (internet still was fine so I just used my phone). Overall, this is a great place to stay as it's near many locations without causing you to be stuck in the north conway traffic. Easy drive to Crawford and Pinkham Notch and other areas. Will look to stay again."

"Great location. Up three flights of stairs but once there, we enjoyed our area above others. It was nice to relax in the hot tub after being on a beautiful lake fishing.We had a couple requests for our boat and traier that were not offered and Shirley took care of our needs and accommodated us as best as she could. Great communication as well. Very easy check-in and we had our keys in hand with a map and apleasant smile within minutes of our arrival."
