The studio we stayed at was pet friendly.we had a wonderful time. Everything was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. I definitely recommend. Specially during the slow season.
Alpenglow Lodge was perfect for my dog and I. I was happy that we could use the facilities at Attitash. Room was large and clean. Mattys restaurant was great and easy to order from.
Great room. Very clean and uodated. Very spacious. Not mentioned at booking that check in/out and all amenities are off site and need to drive 1/2 mile to access.
We stayed 1 night at the Alpenglow Lodge. Overall it was good. Very soon after booking, the hotel sent me a message saying check in was just up the road from the property at the Attitash Mountain Village. There’s a sign that says it, but there are multiple buildings (it’s in the hospitality room). The staff was very friendly and let us check in early. The room was just fine however, for being a pet free room there was dog hair on the bedding and furniture. For almost $200 a night and allegedly pet free, I was very disappointed in that.
We loved staying here. Our only complaint was the shower leaked on the ground. We made sure the shower doors were shut all the way but it leaked every shower. We used towels to wipe it up. It was inconvenient to have the power out but we understand you can’t control these things so we went to the pool to pass time. Pool area could have been nicer. Overall, though, great time
My only complaint the two things we wanted to utilize
1. Walk to the saco river in the evening
2. The pool... were not on site for us. We would need to drive to them. It said pool and walk to the river on site. It was not.

Tv was not working had maintenance guy over twice, the room key card did not work, the room was very humid even with the air conditioner, the moisture was so high that our clothes felt damp. The floor was dirty, the first night we took our shoes off at the door, i sat on the couch a little later only to realize the bottom of my feet were black from walking around the room. Guest services were excellent though. They were on top of things.
We had a loss of power. We were in the indoor pool area and no one checked on anyone. A text message was sent, where there no service had and Alpenglow guest can’t connect to their WiFi, so received after we walked through dark unlit areas. Walked by front desk and no one said anything. That’s the down fall. Alpenglow doesn’t have any of the list amenities, Pool and everything else if about .5 miles away at Attitash village. Rooms were very classy, with great furniture and decor. Only one grill for 25+ units. Close to everything driving. We had a great time. Call ahead about your pets. Room’s were swapped and our 2nd room was on the 1st building and we were place on the 3rd. And no accommodations was made. I did call about my pet but still wasn’t listed.
Fint hotell/resort.
Our room was filthy with food on the floor the last tenets clothes... shirts boots... cheetos... one roll of toilet paper.
I think the front desk is amazing. The pool was down for a few fays and we were sent to an other hotel a few miles away.
We had a great stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
The place was great and the room was perfect.
The only issue/complaint we had was there was no place to hang towels and no place to put our shower products other than the floor of the shower.
Also there was no phone in the room
