"Beautiful view, attentive and kind staff. Breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to it every morning, the AC unit was a bit loud but other than that we had a very nice 5 night stay. Great location, minutes from the zocalo, shopping, restaurants, etc."

"Location was superb! It was such a cute hotel. The only downside was I booked a balcony suite with window view to the cathedral. The room was rained out the day prior so I was downgraded to regular room - no discount but she did throw in free breakfast to make up for it. It was yummy! The room was rather small. But clean, very cute and beds were comfy. Sink space in the bathroom was little to nothing. My son was in crutches and they let us borrow a wheelchair at no cost. Gym was small too, treadmill, elliptical and some free weights and bench. I was still able to lift though. :) Overall, I think with this hotel you’re paying for proximity to all the attractions so close. It is such a cute and nice place just don’t expect a lot of space. Staff were so kind and friendly. I would stay there again."

"Hotel is beautiful, great old charm. We had a room with a king size bed and the room was huge! So much space. Loved the hacienda style. Lots of little places to sit and relax. Also, the restaurant was delicious, food was great. The Italian restaurant was amazing! Location is excellent, close to Zocalo, Cathedral and other amenities. LOVE IT!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at NH Puebla and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality from the staff. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location for exploring the city. A special thank you to Consuelo from housekeeping, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure my room was spotless. Her dedication and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to recognize Fernanda at the front desk. She was welcoming from the moment I arrived and provided excellent recommendations and local tips that helped me make the most of my visit to Puebla. Her professionalism and friendly service were greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire NH Puebla team for making my trip such a pleasant experience. "Amazing staff of the hotel and wonderful place to stay. Next to the oldest market and art street within walking distance to everywhere in historical centre. We were “lucky” to be there exactly when the heavy rain happened, which was last time that strong almost 100 years ago. Unfortunately the hotel was flooded and the management did great job to move us to Hilton for the another 4 nights we should stay in Puebla. I am very gratefull for their kind help! And I hope they will renovate such a beautiful hotel fast ✨"
