It was great, we are looking forward to staying again. Only problem is the garage was a mile away and the front desk was in a very inconvenient location. It should be between the two towers. Very long distance from the North tower.

The staff was fast and efficient but not very informative. Checked us in and pointed us to elevators but literally that was it. The staff at the buffet did a wonderful job but the Stff at the Sugar Factory were beyond awful for their insanely mediocre yet overpriced food. The food court people were all great except for the White House. Don't know how they became a Jersey shore staple acting the way they do. I've had much better experiences at other AC resorts. I was sadly underwhelmed but the Hard Rock.

Registration line for check in was very long but moved well as they had many people working. Elevators were a little confusing and there was a shower/tub in the room with no grab bars- not good! Everyone was very friendly but service was slow in restaurants. Room was lovely and had a great view.

We had a great 2-night stay. No incidents, everything was smoothe and quiet. We typically delay housekeeping services until the day we check out or once during a 3-night or more stay. Transportation from place to place very simple, steps away.

The unhoused situation right outside the door is scary. Inside is great but literally right outside the door is scary, like dobt take your purse scary. If the casino is all you want, great, its awesome, lots of options. However the area in general is dkwb roght sketchy.

Enjoyed my stay very much. I would like to see more dining options and clearer signage to assist in navigating. My room, the indoor facilities and restrooms were spotless, but the area around the outside is shabby and unappealing. I never cease to be amazed that AC can't seem to maximize the proximity of these grand resorts to the majestic ocean at their doorsteps.

Room was non smoking but still had a stale smoke smell to it. The Hard Rock Cafe was closed so room service wasn’t available. Very thin walls in the room.
