Rooms are nice. Not interested in Casinos, so those and the accompanying issues are not fun for us. There is very little in the way of employee availability, the guards covered most of our questions. That said, nice place overall.

My husband and I wanted to check out the Borgota for a while. We found an excellent rate for the Fiore King Suite. We LOVED our room. The suite was clean and updated. The soaking tub and spacious shower had the perfect water pressure. The hotel staff were so helpful (special thank you Greyshliane and Karla at the front desk who graciously provided us with a suite on a higher floor and place a speedy work order for a tv that needed to be rebooted). We also received superb service at the MGM Rewards Desk from Emani and Rosa. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. We are Borgota folks now! The hotel is renovated and has wonderful shops and slots. The only downside was the availability of room service and restaurant offerings during the week. Everything else was amazing!

Room was dirty, hotel was dirty. Furniture and bedding in room was absolutely disgusting, lamp was broken, bed was broken. Two people can’t sit on the end of the bed without it slamming to the floor. Lighting is dark. Expected way more from the Borgata. I wouldn’t recommend.
