Place is a scam

Arrived at apartment to find it occupied by a woman who rents it and has lived there for years. She indicated this happens often. No communication with VRBO lister. Had to get a hotel room instead. Talked with VRBO. They refunded money and confirmed it was a scam.

HOST SHOULD GET PENALIZED

Property was not available, I had to found a hotel near location and wait for relocation. Host never replied back phone calls, text messages and emails. A complete disaster. The rating for this was -10/5.
