If guests are heading north, the Battery / Truist Park is only 10 minutes away. We had a wonderful stay at this home. Our host gave excellent instructions, welcomed us and was available if needed. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen! It was also perfect for guests who need handicapped access. In addition we enjoyed visiting some of the local restaurants, the Atlanta History Museum, the Blue Heron Nature Preserve, Chastain Park, and more! The outdoor living space at this home was also a treat. The patio was inviting and comfortable, plus we enjoyed the seeing the chickens. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Local church event

Location is the best if you want to be in the Buckhead area. Close to local churches, great restaurants and convenient grocery. Very quiet property with a cute patio. Grandson loved the chickens! So nice to stay in a well equipped home with family instead of several hotel rooms.

Perfect location

We stayed here while we were in town for our daughter's wedding. The location was perfect, close to everything, but surrounded by lush trees and birds singing throughout the day. The lower level master bedroom with bath was perfect for my elderly mother who has difficulty climbing stairs. The owners were very nice and even dropped off candles in case we lost power during some rough storms that came through the area. We would absolutely stay here again.!

We had the best time at Rachel's Carriage House

Our family loved staying here and we can't wait to come back! Rachel's hospitality was wonderful; our girls loved the dogs, chickens and the cat. The carriage home is wonderfully maintained and has everything needed; great layout to, privacy when needed and good spaces to come together. The neighborhood in Buckhead is really well located as we were driving in all directions everyday. Thanks again Rachel! We hope to see you again soon.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We had an amazing stay! I stayed here with my husband, in laws and 2 small kids for a wedding nearby and we absolutely loved it. The house was spacious and the property was beautiful - my kids loved the chickens!! Our hosts were very friendly and professional, and the neighborhood was gorgeous. I would absolutely stay again if we find ourselves in Atlanta again!

Beautiful house with great city access

We had a buying trip in downtown Atlanta. This location was VERY convenient, lovely neighborhood, in a beautiful old home. We spent four days there and loved it. Rachel was easy to work with.

Great stay

This 4 bedroom guesthouse was perfect for our stay in Atlanta for a wedding -- two couples, one single, and one dog. Highly recommended - clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, lots of room for all, in a lovely neighborhood. If you come by car in October, you might want to bring some car blankets to cover the hood and roof, as we did - parking is under an oak tree that drops lots of acorns!

What a beautiful home! Rachel and David were wonderful and very helpful!!! There were 5 of us, all adults and there was plenty of room for all of us! Beautiful area in Atlanta, close to everything! Absolutely Lovely

Could not be more pleased. The owners are lovely, friendly people. The property is spacious and well-maintained and very tastefully decorated. Kitchen is well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. Location is perfect for activities downtown, Buckhead, and close to interstates. Highly recommend!!
