Thank You Vena for the kind review,First ,as for the Area being Remote ,as you said it yourself personally to us, it is actually the best strong point of the property as it insures tranquility and the most stunning lake view in Aswan , Yet We're just 10 minutes Taxi ride to the City center , and just 10 minutes drive to the Airportas for the food , again You saw for yourself that We ONLY Use fresh ingredients and We strictly Don't Do freezer to microwave food, and every dish is made to order as we don't reheat food , So ,Yes We clearly advertise on our Menu that it takes up to One hour between order and serving .And Again , Yes We clearly advertise that We have TWO Room types at our property, One type with Air-condition and another type Without air-condition, and obviously each type has a different price therefore I fail to understand where is the problem !And last but not least , Yes , I Do live upstairs , therefore I'm available 24/7 !! Thank You Suzan for your very detailed kind review1- our hotel has this Beautiful View basically because it is (15 minutes) 3 ride out of the crazily busy City2- 04 Restaurants 02 minutes away plus the hotel's restaurant is considered limited ?!!!!3- Philae temple right in front of the hotel and the Nubian village 05 minutes away as well as the African Cultural center is still "not not much to do" ,??!!No tissue paper?!!!, Just Two Towels?!!!! Seriously?!! So the Extra Towels that I personally handed to you was not real ?!!!! The Paper tissue was an illusion?!!! , You were Eloquent to ask for the Free Breakfast and Extra Towels , and Air-conditioning in the freezing cold of January but You were too shy to ask for more paper tissues ??!!!!You met me personally several times a day , yet you couldn't ask me directly for sorting any of these supposed issues but waited until departure to write it all down here ?!!Thank You Suzan
