"Great stay an easy bus ride from the city center. Room came with a microwave, kettle, and basic dishes/utensils. Good accommodation.
Reception was rarely in which wasn’t an issue (but may be depending on check-in and check-out needs). "
"Great hotel. Clean room. Right in front of mid station. There’s some intense construction work in the area but it was quiet morning and night and the access to the hotel wasn’t compromised either. I’d recommend and go back to this hotel. "
"This hotel was disgusting. I visibly saw bed bugs on the beds. The area outside is not safe and you are told not to walk around at night. Will never stay anywhere near here again and I recommend you don’t either."
"You get out in an entrance to a square. When you walk into the square there are 6 white building all looking the same. You can not see a hotel name or sign anywhere. We were accosted crossing f the square and a gold chain was tore off my neck. And I still don’t know where the lobby was. We had to retreat and phone for an escort. "

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel was nicely decorated, very clean and the staff was polite and helpful.
We loved that there were several options for breakfast: full continental breakfast at 16 euros, but also smaller options at 4.50 and 7 euros, which was ideal for us as we do not eat a lot in the morning.
There is a vending machine just by the lift, so we could get water.
The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Regarding the location, I won't lie, the surrounding area is not super nice, with rubbish on the street, however I won't let this affect my rating as it's not the hotel's fault and it's a bit like that everywhere in Brussels as soon as you leave the old town centre. However we felt safe and I wouldn't define the are dangerous at all.
Regarding the location, it was really good: 15 minutes walk from Midi Station (so you can easily travel to Bruges/Ghent which are cities I truly recommend!) and 12 minutes from the old town. There are also buses/trams 5-10 minutes away to the Parliament or the Atomium.
I would say, if I really have to suggest something extra that would have made our stay even better:
- It would be great to have a kettle in the room, just to be able to take a tea in the afternoon or before going to sleep.
- The check-in process took quite long, despite we were there at 3pm, the rooms were not ready and we had to wait about an hour. They offered us a drink during the waiting though.
Overall very good. "
"Room was very well fitted out and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good WiFi. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great location for transport links locally and to the rest of Europe especially by train. Not a brilliant neighborhood but never had any problems. I recommend staying here if you are OK with a 15-20 minute walk to the old city."
