"Lovely, clean, and old- fashioned, with a really good restaurant. Rooms are small without TVs or wifi, but with Mount Rainier right outside, it's not that much of a hardship. Staff were particularly helpful and friendly."

I was traveling solo for work and needed a proper reset between weeks, and this little corner of Ashford delivered in every way.From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The space was immaculate, warm, and felt like a true home away from home, exactly what you want when you're on the road and craving something that isn't a hotel room.Being right on the doorstep of Mt. Rainier National Park was the ultimate bonus. I woke up, laced up my boots, and was inside the park within minutes. There's something deeply restorative about spending a few days in the mountains, and this place made it effortless.If you're looking for a solo getaway, whether for adventure, rest, or a little of both I can't recommend this place highly enough. I'm already thinking about coming back."

"Everything was very nice and just what was advertised. The hot tub is under a tin roof which was fun being under during the rain. Kitchen is very user friendly, good counter space and most of the tools I expected. I managed with what was there, Miles and Angela would, I think, have come through with getting me what I needed. Great value for the money, we are looking forward to returning in the summer."

"Their tv's are on dish demand so unless you want to pay for it there are no local channels. The restaurant food was great. Their rooms are small so it was very tight. Their bathroom is smaller than my rv's. Great location. "

"The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast do it yourself which makes sense in Mount Rainier because everybody starts at different times. Who’s this was so gracious and made it really feel like a home. We took advantage of the fire pit and the hot tub and really love those amenities. Also the wraparound porch was absolutely delightful and relaxing. I will definitely be back if I’m in the area again"

"The entrance to the National Park is near. The house is very clean, has everything you need after a long day outside. The kitchen is very well equipped and also a washing machine and a dryer. So for family with kids that is awesome."

"We stayed at their Salal Cabin which is brand new & sits back in the woods. It is so adorable & comfortable. It has a fantastic heater system that keeps you the ideal temperature. The furnishings are so lovely. The reception staff was so kind & even provided us breakfast for the next day since there are no food establishments close by. The property is so beautiful with a pond & seating area to relax & enjoy the ducks & fish jumping. We will absolutely be returning. It is so close to Mt. Rainier entrance; we got into the park in minutes."
