"Tina, site manager was exceptionally helpful and correspondence from moment of booking to checking out was excellent. Location ideal, parking immediately outside lodge, lodge overlooks the broads basin, very quiet and private.Well equipped and comfortable.Initially thought beds were soft on arrival but they were very comfy.Highly recommend."

"We took our 90+ parents for a short break to Flag house -chosen with help from Tina at Norfolk lodges for its amazing position -lots to look at on the river boats/ sailing/ and feeding the ducks and swans which they loved.bedrooms and bathrooms all on ground floor and we didn’t really need upstairs! Would definitely return with more able bodied family and hire a boat!!"

"Spotless clean and great location pet friendly with enclosed garden, if you want fishing on the river its 5 mins walk, 10 mins into centre of lodden (take a torch if going late evening) a couple of nice pubs angel inn especially for great real ale, we will be returning."

"We had a very warm welcome at this lovely property. It was in a fantastic location. Loddon village is very nice and as a base for exploring Norfolk we couldn't have hoped for more. The property was perfect. Large, well-appointed and cosy. Very clean and it was a nice surprise to find croissants and other supplies for breakfast. We would strongly recommend a stay here for anyone travelling to this part of Norfolk."

"Location was excellent no complaints with that.But it needs some TLC inside and out.The cleaning was not upto standard from other places we've been.Dead flies on kitchen counter, grease under the dish drainer.Extractor fan switches was greasy.Cobwebs in conservatory.Dishwasher smelled as you opened it didn't feel like we could use it.Towels in bathroom smelled musty.And the private dock is dangerous and shouldn't really be used.2/3 planks broken and giving way.Knives and scissors in the block can't really used effectively as so blunt.Gate missing so be careful when letting your dogs outside. It does have a cart to carry stuff from the car to the house which was useful."
