"Very old facility and needs an update. Breakfast was very limited and no hot food."

"We used the laundry service. It is $2 to wash and $2 to dry. Coin operated. We got change at the front desk. Both washer and dryer are small. There are 2 washers and dryers on each floor. We used all four. About 30 minutes per wash and 45 to dry. All worked well."

"Bathroom in our first room was terrible, mold, a damaged ceiling. Carpet in the room was not clean, and the sheets were stained. The staff was accommodating and moved us to a new, marginally better room. The property is old and run down. The staff was kind."

"I made this reservation believing it was near the grand canyon. It was one of very few hotels recommended to me when I was looking for a hotel at the grand canyon. I was beyond frustrated to find that it was over an hour away from the Grand Canyon. That fact altered our trip and was a huge hassle to get back to the grand canyon as it was an extra 2 hours of driving per day from the hotel's location. Then I had to call up the maintenance man 3 times to help fix a terribly loud buzzing noise in our room. Lastly, I thought I booked a reservation with breakfast included and in the morning was told that breakfast was not included in our reservation. The only 2 parameters I was looking for in the reservation were proximity to the Grand Canyon and breakfast included. It was a huge disappointment to find neither were provided as offered. "

"Friendly hotel staff. Breakfast area is small; breakfast selections were nominal but could be improved. No workout facility but there is a swimming pool. Room was comfortable by the A/C unit was noisy."
