The room we stayed in was on the 4th floor and it smelled like a stale nursing home. They really need to pull the carpets and give the place a face lift. The staff in the lake grill could improve in the friendly department. Best part was the steak restaurant. Food and staff were great!

This is our absolute favorite hotel to stay at when we are in the Fort Myers area. We are close to all of the beaches, it has a great warm pool, a fabulous little bar and grill right next door and if you want a true Italian market go across the street. You are close to restaurants of all cuisines and it is just a lovely experience. We will go nowhere else.

The property looked very nice and the staff was great. The room looked clean but had a musty smell, my sinuses were terrible the next morning. The ac also made terrible sounds every time it came on. The bed was pretty comfortable.

We stay here frequently, always clean, very well kept up, staff always friendly and helpful, has several restaurants 2 on property, All sorts of restaurants nearby, and the beach is literally minutes away, rooms are larger than most places, and very quiet, and peaceful, more adult friendly,nice views of the lake.They do have express breakfast if you’re in a hurry. No charge for parking. Could have streaming for entertainment at night, and WiFi needs to be better.

This hotel is a perfect location if you’re going out in Bonita And or Naples the happy hour is great menu is 50% off of appetizers and it’s prepared at chop steakhouse, which is a great deal

This was a great stay! The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was beautiful and clean, and the balcony gave me a gorgeous view of the pool area and the lake. The only downside was the a la carte breakfast as there was minimal offerings and they were a bit overpriced. I recommend eating breakfast at DeRomos Italian bakery next door. Definitely try the Chop House attached to the hotel...it was phenomenal!!!

I love the location of the hotel, many walkable options for coffee or shops/restaurants. There are even 2 restaurants on site which is pretty neat. The pool was nice. Staff friendly. Truly a lovely stay. Thank you!
