get what you pay for.
All was OK for the price. The room was not cleaned, prepared for new occupants. We walked into the room and the bed was not made, had been slept in. Had to wait after checkin till the room was cleaned and new/clean bed linens were put on the bed. Guess they check us in to early ; but it was after checkin time.

I booked a room. It was perhaps not really cozy, but clean and comfortable. As I was backpacking, th hotel was quite far away from the city center of Arles, but there were busses. And I also walked a lot.

The building was in poor condition. Out of 4 light fittings only 1 worked. The floor of the room was filthy. The walls were also filthy.

Cheap and cheerful :)
Pleasant stay....hotel was empty but service was great. Staff member was very helpful and accommodated to all our needs. Would stay again as good value and easy access.

Room was old, dirty and small. Bathroom was disgusting- a huge industrial and discolored roll of toilet paper just set out. Toilet was practically in the shower like on a ship. On the plus side, the air conditioning was perfect and parking secure and plentiful. Avoid this place

Economical hotel on edge of Arles
Easy to find from main road otherwise follow signs through town. Check-in available 24 hours. Receptionist spoke English. Parking easy and used code for gate in evening. Room clean but bathroom smelt of cigarettes. Complained but assured that odour old. Bed comfortable. Bathroom small but functional. Didn't have breakfast at hotel but used McDonalds instead. Had a good nights sleep - little noise from road or neighbours in hotel. This is a cheap option but okay - busy and used by families as well as people passing through.

Simple good value hotel. 20 minute walk into Arles, the hotel is in a retail estate, with a few restaurants.

You get what you pay for
It was last minute and inexpensive. The beds were moderately comfortable and clean, but the location and other clientele made me nervous for our car in the parking lot. The room was tiny and the bathroom even more so, but it did the job for the night.

Clean and comfortable, but further from the centre
The hotel was good, staff was friendly, room was clean, good breakfast. The location not so much, far away from any attractions, but within walking distance from McDonalds and other fast food places. Ah, also there were quite a few flies in the room, not sure how they got there.

Compact and utilitarian
The room was compact and utilitarian to the extent of being cramped, but was quite adequate if one intended to be out all day. It benefited from a small modern en suite bathroom. A pleasant environment where one could have breakfast outside; the choice of breakfast food was good, though the orange juice was disappointing. However visitors without a car should be warned that the thotel is some distance from the centre of the town and there are no buses after 7.00 p.m., so in comparing prices with hotels near the centre, 8-10 euros per day should be added for taxi fares (unless one likes very long walks).

Reasonable Value for Money
Our triple room was very compact, with a tiny bathroom, but all-in-all OK value for money. When you book budget hotels you expect things to be somewhat basic. We had stayed at a Premiere Classe hotel earlier in our trip which was less desirable, so we were pleasantly surprised with this one. Breakfast was adequate.

Nous avons réservé deux chambres dans le 1ere classe d'Arles. Scandaleux ! Chambres plus que vétustes, peintures crasseuses, luminaires avec ampoules manquantes, tablette poisseuse, radiateur électrique d'un autre temps totalement rouillé, entourage de prises murales absent, coin douche vétuste et sale, distributeur savon cassé, cuvette WC suspendu branlant, rideau douche noir, tringle rideau crasseuse, pas d'eau froide, juste eau bouillante !!! Je pourrais continuer la liste. Je demande un remboursement et surtout une fermeture pour travaux Stop au vol

Ce n'est plus un hotel mis une cabane
Tout est vieux et cassé. Vétuste et hors d'age. Meme pas cher c'est à fuir. Ou vous n'avez pas d'eau chaude (apres 17h00), ou n'avez plus d'eau froide ! Le matin je n'avez que de l'eau brulante au robinet...

Première Classe Arles
Impossible de payer le séjour par carte bancaire le terminal de paiement étant HS.. Impossible également de payer à la borne extérieure et du coup avons dû trouver un distributeur de billets pour pouvoir payer en espèces !!! Quand avons voulu prendre une douche le distributeur de savon était cassé et donc inutilisable et on a dû nous changer de chambre Une compensation pour tous ces problèmes serait la bienvenue….
