"There are many shops and restaurants within the building itself. This made it more enjoyable as we didn't have to go far to buy things we needed and go out for meals. The staff were all very courteous and helpful and a pleasure to deal with."

"The room was clean. The staff is nice. It is in a shopping area. But the hotel is one block away from Ginza Main Street Chuo Dori. Restaurants, stores and transportations are all walking distance. Feel safe. "

Onsen is great but shared with the public too; so it does get busy and with a lot of locals. It’s a really nice facility with sauna, cold bath, honey bath, outside bathtubs and a carbonated bath to name a few. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend, especially if you’re going to universal. "
