Pleasant stay

Although we booked a twin bed room for 3 people, the hotel manager kindly provided me two beds which helped us to accomodate comfortably. There was some construction work happened and they were replacing the old carpet and were doing some renovation as well. But i felt it was signifocantlynaway from Paris and tool nearly 1.5 hours of travel to Paris. The amazing thing is food which is affordable, tasty and exquisite.

We had a family room which was a queen bed with 2 twin beds, which was comfortable and spacious. The flooring and built ins seemed new, though the floor could have been more thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom was lackluster, in need of a deep clean with mildew along the floor and wall tiles. When we checked in the staff seemed completely flustered and disorganized, as if he'd never worked a day in a hotel in his lifetime, it was very bizarre. Once he figured out how to get us a room and a key, everything went smoothly. The gentleman who checked us out was very organized and kind. The hotel was affordable and a decent proximity to the city for the price, which met our requirements. I would not say anything was overly impressive, but nothing too deterring either.

When i went it was the hottest days in history but our room air con didn't work, the staff there didn't understand because the upper floors was not on the same system as theirs and when you tell them the management said as long as its 10c lower than outside its ok, but it was like an oven in our room, the staff was young and helpfully, breakfast was a let down, lack of options, nothing like the pictures show, there was no cooked breakfast, you have a good supply of wholesalers and shops in the area including aldi, if you get an uber its under €10 to the local mall with lots of shop, but if you like to walk its about 20 min walk there, there is an inter marche supermarket it there well worth the visit, also if you like halal food there is a lot of halal in the area, if you like a good market that sells everything then there is big market on Fridays and Saturdays near by about 700 yards away, word of advice if you walk around this area wear good shoes or boots as the streets are a little uneven

Room floor was disguising, the firs day I ask the front desk for the beds to be made they clean the floors or made the beds same story for the following day, there was no shampoo or soap either, do not recommend

La chambre était tout simplement sale. J'ai trouvé des cheveux dans la salle de bain, de la poussière accumulée sur toutes les surfaces et des taches suspectes sur la literie. L'absence d'entretien est visible partout : robinetterie entartrée et une odeur d'humidité persistante. On se demande si le ménage a réellement été fait avant mon arrivée , encore une bouteille d'alcool sous le lit , poussière , la salle de bain avec une porte cassé manque une prise trop dangereux pour les enfants , extérieur trop bruyant avec des travaux des 8 heure du matin. Pas de ménage pendant mes deux jours .

Ich habe mich gefühlt wie in einem isolierten 20“ Container, was an sich ja nicht schlimm ist, deshalb, für nur schlafen definitiv ok, aber viel sollte man nicht erwarten. Das Frühstücksbüffet kann man sich für 15€ sparen. Die Klima bzw. die Lüftung funktionierte nicht, haben dann mit offenem Fenster geschlafen, ging auch. Für 10€ via uber ist man am Bahnhof Argentuil. Die Gegend ist eher geht so ;-)

Nous avons pris une chambre familiale, deux adultes et deux enfants. La climatisation ne marchait pas, on avait un chauffage d'appoint. Cependant, il faisait très chaud même avec un chauffage éteint. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit de la 4 voies à côté. On a passé deux nuits difficiles. A noter qu'il est très difficile de se garer dans les alentours, il faut prendre le parking de l'hotel. On n'a pas essayé le petit déjeuner.
