Located in a quiet corner of La Defence. The metro was only a 10 minute walk. Many restruants and small grociery stores nearby including La Defence Arch Square. The breakfast was wonderful.

The couch in the room was so dirty we couldn’t sit on it. The bed sheets were like sandpaper and didn’t stay on the bed so you were either sleeping on the ripped mattress cover or on the dirty mattress it’s self. There was obvious water damage to the floor that had not been repaired. The shower grout was yellow from lack of cleaning. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel.

This was a nice hotel but the air conditioning did not work and the bathroom had several broken appliances and exposed rust.

What was unique was that there was a supply of kitchen tools and dining utensils available. The front desk staff did not bother to notify any of us about the wifi, the breakfast, or any of the amenities included in the rooms such as the pots and pans that we were allowed to use. The toilet started leaking after one flush and their solution was to give us extra towels to lay down on the floor. Heating clothes apparatus was also broken. And there were bugs crawling in the bathroom. Half of the staff also did not bother saying hello or good morning.

Location was good. However the room was not clean. We had a q tip (used) in our trash. The shower head was disgusting and extremely dirty. We only had half a roll of tp. There were no blinds and no curtains. And on top of all this the hotel air conditioning was broken. So we had to open the window which broken also and that brought n lots of noise. We requested an iron and they wanted me to pay for it. (20 euros). I brought Clorox wipes for plane and used in kitchen area to wipe down the counter snd they were black when I was done. For what you pay and the “ratings” it has I was MAD. We would not stay there again. Side note EXTREMELY nice and professional and helpful staff. The staff checking in and out made the stay bearable.

Full List of Issues: First night entering room - bath tub dirty (see picture) - towel dirty (see picture) got a new one brought up - wiped counter cloth was really dirty after wiping it indicating it couldn’t have been clean - stove top dirty (see picture) - sheer curtains doesn’t even cover window (light came in early) (see picture) - window doesn’t fully close (see picture) - heater / ac didn’t turn on and is broken (see picture) - used their own wash cloth, placed it on towel rack when wet and when they picked it up it was very dirty (see picture) Second day/ night - noticed stain on bedsheet (see picture) - noticed stain on pillow (see picture) - fridge kept beeping (listen to recording) on second email. - elevator hit daughter and nearly knocked her over (force and surprise)

Who ever I spoke to via email was very kind and helpful. For this, I would give 5*. The property itself...not too clean in rooms, dents in walls, sofa bed wasn't set up for us which I've not experienced in the past. Found out a part was broken so someone came and repaired it. Found hair by the sink/hairdryer and because the rooms have kitchenettes, you could smell what people were cooking in your room which we especially didn't like. The bed was incredibly comfortable though. There is a shop just across the road to get snacks and drinks. Close walking distance to Westfield and arena.

Great option with nearby la Défense train station easy to commute to key areas in Paris in 10 min. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Quality is good. I have been using this hotel for years now.

The hotel staff was overall okay, but not particularly friendly, some were noticeably unhelpful. The room didn’t match the photos: chipped paint, missing drapes, not very clean. There was a dead bug in the bathroom corner and long black hair in the sink. Had to ask for basic supplies like toilet paper. The laundromat situation left a bad taste, no refund for unused coins, and staff seemed afraid of the bald manager, who refused to help. Overall, the experience was just over okay, but it left a bad taste in the mouth.

La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dai trasporti e dal quartiere della Defense, dove si trova un enorme centro commerciale con il desiderabile a disposizione. La struttura dell'hotel è un po' vecchiotta e le pulizie non vengono fatte quotidianamente, ma il monolocale (per quanto molto piccolo e non adatto a tre persone) al nostro arrivo era sicuramente pulito. Il personale dell'albergo è disponibile e accogliente.
