"We had a really lovely time here for my husbands birthday. The staff kept great communication with me beforehand to make sure we were all set for my husbands birthday. The staff were kind, caring and attentive. The property was clean and well kept. Over all a great place for a family vacation. "

"This apartment was clean,bright and well equipped.couldnt fault it. Only downside was two flights of stairs to the entry door. Probably my mistake but i wasnt aware of that! Would have been very difficult for us to get luggage up there without help! "

"The food time schedule was not good for a young family, lunch was at 1pm and dinner was at 7pm which was far too late. You couldn’t get drinks in the morning until after breakfast had finished. However, the restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, always friendly and helpful. We had an ongoing issue for the duration of our stay where we had no hot water. We complained on a daily basis, sometimes even more than once and it was never resolved. We were travelling with a 15month old and having to shower her in cold water every day meant we had a very upset child, despite the complaints the hotel staff did not care. Kept telling us it would be fixed then as soon as it was it would break within the hour again. They did nothing to help us, could have moved rooms or something but instead we just got comments like “it’s good for you to shower in cold water” which may be acceptable for an adult but definitely not a young child. The hotel was just very basic, everything that looks good in photos was maintained excellently but everything else wasn’t. Wouldn’t recommend for a young family. The pools are not really kid friendly, the hotel is quite far out from everything and the food times are just too late for children."

"The cleanliness of the property has deteriorated from the other times that we have been there, this is our 4th stay but unfortunately because of the lack of cleanliness it will probably be our last visit, even though we enjoyed the property and location,now we will have to start looking elsewhere sorry. "Good location, great host, only thing is that the bed is quite hard, didnt have a good sleep, plus the towels smelt really damp and could smell it on my skin afterwards so had to shower again and use my beach towel. Other than that great room "
