Very close to the beach, nice pool with lots of chairs and a snack bar at the pool. Rooms are quality. Many supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. Absolutely incredible beach.

Amazing beach hotel

Amazing hotel, huge pool, breathtaking view from the balcony. Very good food in the main restaurant and pool bar, exceptional cocktails. Highly recommended. There was even entertainments for adults and children- aqua-aerobics, quiz, disco,etc Just in front of the sea.

👌 Vassos Nissi plage 👌

Everything was as expected , v good staff , nice hotel , perfect location . The only minus were the sunbeds on the pool , we stayed 1 week there and not even once we could profit from these sunbeds, always reserved and busy .

The hotel is in a quieter area of aiya Napa and is 2 bus stops from the amazing Makronissos beach and a 15 min bus Ride from the more bustling area and harbour. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Breakfast had basically the same food everyday for the 5 days we stayed but dinner had a different theme every night. Would be great if pool hours could be extended. pool opens at 9am and closes at 6pm but the weather is so amazing during June that it was a shame not being able to enjoy the pool for longer and earlier in the morning. The room was comfy and very spacious. Overall was an amazing and relaxing stay.

Bra hotell med bra frukost. Trevligt att kunna växla mellan poolen vid hotellet och havet. Bara 200-300 m ner till havet med superfin strand. Hotellet är något lyhört, men klart hanterbart.

Das Hotel ist nur durch einen Parkplatz getrennt von Nissi Beach, damit hat man alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels, aber auch das kristallklare Wasser des Strands - einfach perfekt!

Beim Checkin warteten wir über eine Stunde, bis wir unser Zimmer erhielten. Es liefen immer mehr neue Gäste ins Hotel, welche noch einchecken wollten, die Schlange zog sich weit. Die zwei Damen an der Rezeption schien das jedoch nicht zu interessieren. Wir erhielten auch keinen Grund für das lange Warten. Entweder waren sie unfähig oder die Zimmer noch nicht bereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer das selbe. Überhaut keine Abwechslung. Ausserdem war kaum etwas angeschrieben von den Gerichten. Es gab leider auch keine frischen Säfte, sondern Fertigmischung/Wasser-Pulvermix. Beim Pool können sich auch Nicht-Hotelgäste aufhalten, da keine Aufsicht vorhanden ist welche das kontrolliert. Da fühlt man sich als Gast ziemlich verarscht, wenn andere Leute noch Poolliegen mit Tüchern reservieren und dann den halben Tag am Strand verbringen. Der Zimmerservice war wirklich schlecht. Der Boden wurde in der ganzen Woche nur 1x gewischt. Shampoons im Bad nie ausgewechselt und das Bett wurde nur schnell schnell „neu“ bezogen. Die Decke wurde einfach auf einen Stuhl geworfen. Zwei Mal öffnete die Putzfrau um 08:00 Uhr, als wir noch schliefen, die Tür und wollte rein kommen um zu putzen...

Siamo stati 10 giorni in questo hotel con la formula mezza pensione. Aspetti negativi: Il bagno della camera non aveva mobili di appoggio quindi un po' scomodo La doccia aveva la tenda con conseguente acqua sul pavimento del bagno e uso di asciugamani per arginare l'acqua. Personalmente lo trovo poco igienico, infatti la parte sotto era gialla. Questo ci ha visti costretti a chiedere la pulizia della camera e cambio asciugamani giornalmente, che comunque non veniva fatta nel migliore dei modi. Più di una volta abbiamo dovuto chiedere in reception perché non andava la corrente in camera. Non era chiaro se la piscina e lettini fossero aperti anche a persone esterne, più di una volta entravano persone mai più viste essendo l'accesso praticamente aperto sulla strada. Aspetti positivi: La posizione, praticamente sulla spiaggia di nissi, tanti locali e market nelle vicinanze. Poca vita notturna, bisogna spostarsi ad Ayia Napa che dista 10 minuti di auto oppure in autobus che passano frequentemente, la fermata è praticamente sotto l'hotel. Il personale è gentile e hanno sempre soddisfatto le nostre richieste. Buona la colazione, la cena un po' ripetitiva ma accettabile. Dall'Hotel si raggiungono anche a piedi altre spiagge, c'è un percorso sulla costa. In generale esperienza comunque positiva, da migliorare solo alcuni aspetti.

Der Geschäftsführende schreit auf die Gäste wenn sie nach 18 Uhr im Pool schwimmen. Das Badezimmer wurde in 12 Tagen nur 1x gereinigt. Mehrmals auch der Balkon nicht. Klodeckel wackelt, Duschtüre verrostet, nur 1 Lift beim Haupteingang, lange Wartezeiten, die Damen bei der Rezeption unfreundlich, keine Begrüssung, der einzig hilfsbereite war Ilias, zu jeder Zeit. Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Badetuch wechsel: Di. Do. und Sa. von 9:00 bis 17:00 dann ist mann ja am Strand. Gänge in den Stockwerken voll verschmutzt und voll mit Sand, ich glaube da war nie einer mit dem Staubsauger. Die Dusche beim Pool voll verstopft mit sand und von 3 Stück funktioniert nur eine dusche. Keine richtige Aufsicht beim Pool, die Leute springen voll mit Sand vom Strand in den Pool, keiner ist da wo schaut. Es gibt leider noch viel andere Sachen, aber da wird die Liste einfach zu lang.

Très bel hotel de plage. Belle chambre. Vue magnifique sur la plage de Nissi Beach. Eau limpide. Par contre surtout évitez tous les repas c’est ‘´Infect’’. Le petit déjeuner peut passer mais c’est vraiment tout au niveau restauration. Ça reste un petit 3/4 étoiles. Aucune animation enfants. Juste une piscine avec un toboggan. Gros problème b pour avoir un transat à la piscine il faut se lever à 5h du matin et pour la plage je vous conseille de vous lever tôt aussi.
