Fantastic stay at this hotel, location could not have been better! The lady on the front result that served us (unfortunately I haven’t got her name) was so lovely and helpful.
Beautiful place! Breakfast was excellent! Staff is helpful and kind. Beach is one of the best around and pool was amazing!
Not a bad thing I can say! 5 star
Nice hotel with good facilities and a convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with child-friendly activities, which made it a good choice for families.
Service was mixed during my stay. Some staff members seemed a little off-hand, although one receptionist genuinely tried to be helpful.
One thing worth mentioning is the airport transfer pricing. The hotel and Bolt quoted €55–65, but I found an airport shuttle service for €13 that dropped me very close to the hotel entrance with only a short walk required.
Overall, a comfortable stay with good nearby amenities, but service could be more consistent.
Beautiful resort, clean room and very helpful and friendly staff. Only problem was the green seaweed washing up at the beach.

They use a really bad room cleaner. You will absolutely hate the smell of the room and it will impact your vacation. Who wants to be trapped in a smelly room for the entire vacation? I had breathing issues and management simply said the smell will fade when I checked in. Don’t fall for it. Get your room changed immediately as they are covering up for either a smoker, mold, or outdated room. The beds were not long enough for 6 feet person and HARD AS ROCK. Also, AC doesn’t work properly so sweat multiple times in the evening. It’s too bad. The pool has heated water and is nice. Nissi beach is also way too wavy in August for my taste. You’ll just be jumping with waves all day instead of peaceful easy swimming. That’s nature so not property’s fault but be aware. LASTLY, wayyyy too expensive for what you get. Is this the Waldorf Astoria in NY?!! I stayed at NissiBlu which also has more downsides than Nissi Beach but at least the room isn’t STINKY and that matters.
Great location and plenty of restaurants outside if you want to eat out. Hotel is on a lovely sandy beach with 2 sun beds only costing €5 if your a hotel guest.
It has been some time since we stayed here. This was a very late booking. Fantastic service and an upgrade. Simply the best view from a balcony as good as anywhere. Breakfast delicious. We will be back but won't wait so long next time

My AirPods went missing from the room, reported it to reception and nothing. Tracked it and it roamed around the hotel and Ayia Napa for a while before it was turned off.
Stolen AirPods, good breakfast though.
Room was great overlooking the garden and ocean. Balcony too small to sit comfortably and our clothes blew off the drying rail never to be seen again as there is a gap between the wall and balcony screen. A/C did not go under 22 degrees Celsius which meant we were hot at night. Cleaners were excellent, pool towels supplied however l could not use the pool as ladder entry/exit only. They need steps and a railing. Beach access was great however had to pay for umbrellas and sunbed. Shower supplied and foot rinser. Hotel shop very expensive, walk down the street for cheaper clothing, souvenirs and restaurants. Free parking which was great and it felt safe to leave the car and walk around at night. Excellent buffet breakfast. Overall we loved our stay but had i been able to use the pool, it would have been better.
This was a nice resort but was very expensive for what it was, and I wouldn't consider it 5* by UK standards. More 3.5*. Walls are paper thin I could hear every movement in the room above me. Room service brought me a coke with no glass or bottle opener. On arrival the concierge took my 4 wheeled suitcase which easily glides along, but left me struggling with carrying 2 heavy bags. All the small things add up to a mediocre experience. The pool are was nice and the quality of food when ordering al la carte was very good. Plenty of vegetarian options.
The hotel is in a pretty location, right on Nissi Beach. The beach was extremely busy, but with beautiful sand and crystal clear waters. The pool was basic but fine, but perhaps the coldest I have every experienced!
The room was fine. Clean, modern. The bathroom was recently refurbished to a good quality. The corridors and stairs around the rooms were a little tired.
The buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner was to a good standard and the selection excellent.
The staff were mixed. We were here for a wedding. Those staff involved in that were great, but others we found quite rude.
We took a wander into Ayia Napa one day, just to see what the fuss was about. But don’t hang around.
All in all we had a lovely time.

We travelled to nissi beach resort for our wedding. Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and gave us a free drink and took our cases. Everything was pretty good. However we found the staff at breakfast werent very talkative or friendly and shows the downside of why we dont go to large hotels. We have always went to family run hotels and the staff here are very friendly but the quality was less at nissi beach. Come wedding day we wwre disappointed with out cake and was made to a poor standard however wverything else was perfect with the wedding and the staff was lovely. The room they gave the groom was to poor standard as when taking shower it flooded the bedroom when telling staff member that dropped iron off they just shrugged their shoulders. Breakfast was good however lunch and dinner was average and found food better going out. Overall it was an okay stay but expected better for a 4 star hotel we much prefer some of the 3 star hotel we have stayed at in pernera and protaras.
The lady at the reception was very rude! Never had such an encounter with someone working in hospitality!! And the food is beyond horrible!
The location and landscaping is nice though
With its stunning views of the bay, lush gardens leading right down to the beach, and plenty of spots to relax, there’s really no reason to go anywhere else.
