Your Aptos adventure begins at this soothing studio room . Nestled in a nice neighborhood, our property offers a pleasant stay for guests. The cozy studio features a queen bed and a twin folding cot bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for small groups or families. With amenities like WiFi, a hair dryer, a fan for hot weather
and heating, we've got you covered. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer
and a refreshing shower. Whether you're
exploring the nearby attractions or simply
unwinding in the peaceful ambiance, our
place is the perfect base for your stay.
Enjoy all that Aptos has to offer when you
stay at our place. There is a small sitting
area outside of the room with a peak of
the ocean. There is a small kitchenette off the room with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster , small stove top and full size
refrigerator for your cooking pleasure.
Enjoy Aptos and what our town has to offer. Nisene has great trails for hiking and walking pleasures. Just a short distance from the house. Enjoy an abundance of restaurants to dine in or get to go. Aptos Center is. 4 miles walking distance and offers coffee shop Pacific Coffee, Companion Bakery, restaurants, Aptos Natural, and wonderful little shops such as Outside Inn. Seacliff Beach is approximately 1 mile walking distance from the house.

  • Nice, long hike today. Went down the Bridge Creek Trail, and then to Maple Falls. About an 8-mile total hike. Redwoods everywhere you look, and a deep dark forest that gave lots of 'mood'. We came across a tiny snake! It was just a few inches long, red back, sunning itself on a rock in the middle of the creek.

I was in Aptos for 7 nights (Sunday afternoon through Sunday morning), and enjoyed staying here. I appreciated having a fully functional kitchen and stable wifi, which made it easy to meet my work needs (half days in US/Eastern mornings) while allowing me to maximize my visiting time with elderly relatives in the area. Great location, if a little difficult to find the first time.

Cute Property - Walking Distance From Beach

Very cute property walking distance from the beach and restaurants and a close drive to the Forest of Nisene Marks. The host is great. Good communication and very responsive. Would stay here again.

The place was more spacious than expected from the ad. There is a separate kitchen, which had everything we needed, and a generous supply of food items. The location was perfectly situated with just a short drive to beaches and the gorgeous Nisene Marks Forest. Shopping and ample restaurants are nearby. The family lives upstairs and there was hardly any noticeable noise. We had all the privacy we needed. Host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Charming is right! Julie's studio is delightful and made the perfect base for my exploration of Santa Cruz County and Monterey Bay. The location is Heavenly, with resident hummingbirds and butterflies and views out over the water, and everything I could have wanted was provided, down to a caraffe of filtered water in the fridge. Julie is an extremely giving and generous host and her love of the area is infectious. I have nothing but good things to say, I definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance!

Great studio in Aptos

Had a great time staying a weekend at Julie's studio in Aptos. The studio was super clean and spacious, and the location is great being super close to Nisene.

Perfect studio and location for my needs

This property was 10 minutes from my workshop so location wise it was perfect! And it was nice and quiet. It had the perfect accommodations, nice shower, full kitchen, parking space. Julie the owner was responsive and accommodating! I couldn't ask for better!

A peaceful place to stay with a thoughtful hostess

Julie was so kind and paid attention to every single detail. She checked in with us to suggest places we would enjoy going to and see that we had everything we needed. It was such a relaxing and luxurious stay. The studio is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I appreciated that there was a nice guestbook in the room with detailed instructions on check-in/check-out, amenities, and info about local spots to check out and how far they are from the studio.This place is a total gem and we would definitely stay here again.

Week Long Stay

Julie’s place was just what we needed for a short term place in Aptos! Full kitchen with all the utensils and cookware. She made sure we had condiments, milk, coffee and fresh parsley prior to our arrival which was very helpful! We couldn’t recommend Julie’s space enough! The daily greetings from the puppo were a plus! :)

A wonderful stay

This is such a cute and comfortable place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay here. Julie is a wonderful host and very quick to awnser and communicate. It is located in a great central area with so much to offer. The studie space is very clean with everything you my need supplied to you. It can be a little difficult to finish but again Juile is great at helping you find the space with a super quick response. If you are looking for a nice comfortable studio for your vacation look no further this is the space for you.

Cozy Room in Quiet Neighborhood

I was very happy to have found this property. It was convenient to Capitola where I had a project to complete and also to outdoor activities I wanted to do in the Santa Cruz-Captiola-Soquel-Aptos area: hiking in Nisene Marks State Park and other parks, and walks along the Santa Cruz & Soquel cove beaches. Comfortable accommodations, responsive host, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities, excellent communication, and a relaxing atmosphere. :)
