"The staff only works half days, which makes it difficult for them to be of much assistance to guests. Also, bad elevator, but at least there was an elevator! The front gate was hard to get into. Some of the facilities access buttons were broken and trying to figure everything out was sometimes difficult. But once we got it all figured out (when it was time to leave) it was good!"

"The staff were all wonderful and the location was perfect! We were only a few blocks from the colosseum and were surrounded by wonderful restaurants and bars. We had a little room on the ground floor but it had everything you’d need for a few days.
