"The photos definitely make it look like a 5 star hotel. I would give it a 2.5-3 at best. Make sure to not book if you can’t get the lake view. That’s the best thing about the hotel. No amenities. The pictures make the place look 10x better than it is. Underwhelming in person"

The staff was amazingly accommodating. Great complimentary breakfast! Minor detail: The bathroom shower was a bit on the tiny side and had a tight door opening. If you a have mobility issues that might be important."

"Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."
