"The check in process took a while since people all arrived at the same time and there was no order to who went next because the machine was broken to take a number. After getting checked in everything was great. The room was all we needed and we were only a quick bus and metro ride away from everything in Rome."

"Appreciated the very relaxing and peaceful surroundings. Grounds area was very very well maintained and clean. "

"Our stay was pleasant, the bungalow was nicely prepared with towels and bed linen. The AC was much needed and glad it was part of our package. The new pool was amazing and food options around (we had a car) was not bad either. What we didn't like is that we had to deal with an ants problem. We broomed tiny left over food bits and sprayed them a couple of times and it was ok - the management could make sure this happens regularly! The entertainment was not great for non toddlers or adults....

"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."

"Very good value place for Rome. Pleasant staff. Room was very basic and could do with a few more things to make it nicer (like an electric kettle) but no complaints. Restaurant was great for feeding the family at a reasonable price."
