"The accommodation was as advertised. No unpleasant surprises. Wood fire kept the house cozy. We were there late autumn, it would have been a great addition to have a wall heater in the bathroom which was outside on the back porch. Otherwise I would recommend a stay for those who can tolerant Taranaki temperatures. The easy close walk to the Whangamomona Hotel was the icing on the cake."

"From walking into the Villa, we felt home. A fire was heating the whole house, and everything was just absolutely perfect. All amenities have been provided, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast and basics to cook your own meals. This is really a true gem in the heart of Taranaki and we will surely be back.
