"I was very disappointed on arrival of Veracruz. Our transfer never arrived we had to use a local taxi. We had verification with hotel for pickup. We showed the guest relations. Breakfast staff 2nd day was very unperfessional, she stopped us as we were departing the restaurant. You can see that we stopped going to breakfast because of her. She said , “Wait here. Don’t leave. ‘ in about 6 minutes, she wanted to charge us for breakfast. This lady has glasses, lead waitress. We were very unimpressed by her treatment to us. We loved the cleaning staff, very professional. Thank you."
