I love L’Occitane brand and they have it as amenities (shampoo, soap lotion etc). I was there for 4 days and didn’t need cleaning of the room, but I only asked for water, so the next day the cleaning lady brought me the water without me asking again she was so nice

The hotel is in a good spot on the beach. The Veracruz beaches are not great, but we knew that already. The main reason for my review is that the rooms are VERY noisy, we could hear the music from the bar downstairs until late at night and also the TV from the room next door. I would not stay here again.

I’ve been staying at Fiesta Americana Veracruz for a long time, and every time, they find a way to make the experience even better. It’s not just a hotel—it genuinely feels like home. The staff is amazing across the board. From the front desk to room service to the incredibly kind cleaning team, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are always clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the whole place has a warm, welcoming vibe. Special thanks to Jose Catan and Carlos Pastelin, the heads of the concierge team, who always make me feel welcomed and appreciated. They truly go the extra mile every time. It’s the kind of place you look forward to coming back to—every single time. Thank you guys . .

I was hesitant to stay at this hotel because of the negative reviews I read online. Many people said the place was old, poorly maintained, and had a bad smell. But honestly, from the moment I walked in, I got a good vibe. The staff were very friendly—from the person who helped with my luggage to the one who checked me in. No complaints there. The room was spacious and clean. It didn’t feel old or have any strange odors. I felt relaxed in my room. Very different from the Holiday Inn I stayed at on my last night—that hotel felt downright creepy.

We had problems getting hot water for taking a shower twice. You don't expect to face into this issues on this kind of hotel. Beside that, everything was fine.

My wife and I stayed for our 3 year wedding anniversary, and our overall stay was less than satisfactory, first we were given the wrong room, then we were moved to the correct room in which the A/C was not working properly it took them 2 days to figure out what the issue was. Secondly the pool staff spent more time talking to each other than servicing the pool area. Lastly which was the most annoying and inappropriate situation was the high pressure sales tactics they use to sell you a time share, I’m there to enjoy my vacation I don’t want to be sold anything. I would not stay there again.

Vendría bien calentamiento de agua de alberca para los días entre noviembre y febrero, se reportó fuga de agua en inodoro de baño de hombres en zona alberca y el fin semana que nos hospedamos continuaba esa fuga, falta alguien que supervise esa zona, tampoco se acercaron a ofrecer servicio de bebidas de alberca, esta ocasión pésimo para el fiesta americana

This hotel was fine, but nothing special. Did not feel like a resort but more like a fancier motel 6. Staff was very friendly, but to get more coffee to the room was near impossible, they acted like the Nespresso was gold and would take over an hour just to get one pod brought to the room. The food we did have was decent and again staff was nice. Beside not being able to get coffee, it took forever to even get a drink by the pool and there was no other guest at the pool but us. We had to talk to 3 or 4 staff members who would keep sending us to someone else to get a beer. If you are thirsty, plan on being thirsty for a long time😂 Room was clean however and housekeeping very nice. Would not go back though.
