Great Location in the heart of Boca del Rio. Direct access to the beach was very nice. Beach was clean and very quiet. Buffet meals were great.

I like that it was in a really walkable and shoppable area. I didn't like that I was offer breakfast included and when I got there, they said it was my agency lie, cause their website didn't say breakfast included.

Room was great in terms of cleanness, comfortables beds and pillows! Nevertheless, the room came with the outside noise. Terrible, you can hear car, truck and motorcycle next to you! First night, was the worst i hardly slept. Next day they change my room to upper floor, but still yiu can hear everything! It is sad that they investing big bucks remodeling the hotel but if they dont change the windows / sliding door, people will no be able to sleep. On top, gym was closed for remodeling! I booked the room with Ocean view!

Once I arrived at this hotel, I immediately got a bad vibe. The place felt old and had a noticeable smell. Our room didn’t feel very clean—we even found a hair in the bed. It also had a damp, moldy odor, which was really unpleasant. The hallways leading to the room were creepy, with dim yellow lighting and the same musty smell. On a positive note, the staff at check-in were very friendly, and the luggage attendants were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not what I expected. I'm just glad we only stayed one night. :(

Everything is this hotel is top notch, from the bellboy to the reception desk. We do visit Veracruz quite often 3 or 4 times a year and we always choose this hotel for our stay. The swimming pool is great and the service there is fantastic.

My stay in this hotel was almost perfect, friendly staffers mostly by the pool and concierge. The reception desk needs a training in customer service and the wi-fi is useless in your room, need to go to the lobby to have decent reception.
