"Personal is only available from 8-8 daily. Entry cards demagnetize easily and if its after 8pm you have to wait for security. Room was not cleaned properly before i was given the keys. I will not be staying here again."

"Checkin was seamless, I was driving to AZ from Florida and got in fairly late, but had a door code and got right in and settled in. The property was in emmaculate condition and the hosts were asking if I needed anything immediately. Very gracious hosts. The apartment looks out to a beautiful pool and patio and the overall experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property, it is located close to many things and is top notch. Thank You Cassandra so much for everything!"

"It was a place to lay our heads for the night. Property is old and run down. You have to get buzzed in to the lobby even in the middle of the day. Wall have cracks in them. Paint chipping of the wall. Bed was stiff as a board."

"The room and overall experience were OK. But for $350 plus, we were expecting more than was there. The AC unit was of the type you'd expect in a $150 a night hotel. The lounge was nice for drinks, but there was limited food and we noticed that none of the locals were eating there. After having several drinks at the lounge, we asked for two wine glasses to take back to our room, but were refused those and provided only with plastic dixie cups. Again, not what one would expect from an experience at at $350+ a night hotel where we had a microwave, a refrigerator and had a suite."

"Rooms clean and comfortable only draw back early morning I smelled a really bad odor of sewage that nauseous smell made me gag where I had to leave the room for fresh air"

"We specifically chose this hotel for the pool. When i checked in was told the pool was fine, when we woke up to go to the pool we found out the pool was closed until tuesday for some reason, no explanation. Again we chose this hotel for the pool and payed the $230 for the use of amenities. Our room smelled of dog pee and fresh steam cleaning chemicals. The room phone wasnt connected to anything. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was ok."
