The room was clean and the organization is doing upgrades. They had done a nice job on the bathroom. There were sufficient electric appliances to prepare light breakfasts and coffee. The staff worked hard to fix access issues and after a little of a bumpy start, things worked out.

The room was clean but we saw 2 baby and 2 adult roaches. The bathroom was clean and shower tile looked fairly new. There was an old tire and couch sitting outside of the apartment. The neighbors were quiet. It is located in an older apartment building and the room smelled musty. The room could use more furniture to make it more comfortable. There was no couch or bedside tables. Only the bed and a small table with 2 chairs, a standing lamp and a mounted tv on the wall. Improvements would make the stay more enjoyable. Although no one bothered us and everyone seemed friendly I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

What a cute little place!! The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and they had everything we needed. The pool was heated and such a bonus! We had to extend our stay and they made it easy to do. I will recommend this property to family when they are in town

Upon entering property, the AC was off so it was kind of hot, comfortable stay. Once it got cooled down nice and quiet. , upstairs neighbors were kind, loud, running back-and-forth close restaurants very affordable. Very nicely updated one of the t vs in the bedroom didn't work and didn't have access to the wifi

It was a clean private place to stay for 5 days. However, I asked for a condo that sleeps 4. The couch did not fold out to a bed. I reached out several times and no one came by or called to check on that. We ended buying an air mattress. There’s not in office on site to help guests, communication is done via phone or text. Other than those issues, it’s a nice, clean, safe place.

Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome.

Outside property is a little rundown. Inside maintenance was less than average. Told property manager both our toilets ran constantly. Nothing was done about it in a week. Carpets and rugs needed cleaning badly. Kitchen had everything needed. Check in instructions were easy to follow.

Nothing special. Furniture was cheap, bed was full instead of queen, heat didn't work, shower stopped working. Dryer was outside in a closet. Better than a hotel room, but only average. Didn't like that check in instructions were sent 2 hours before we got there. They should sent an email 24 hours prior to say final instructions would be sent shortly before check-in. It was very clean.

Spacious, clean accommodation, a furnished apartment at an affordable rate that fits business travelers and families, who may appreciate the pool with a sun awning in close proximity. Extra bonus for having a stacked washer/dryer, that came with a little soap pellet and anti-static - nice touch! Well stocked kitchen with appliances but dull knives, a stuck in-sink-erator that did not drain well, and a dishwasher which was not yet unloaded. Very glad their service number was staffed and picked-up late into the evening to immediately respond, as no access code was received after going through the registration app. Wished I'd had paid more attention to the email but I was driving all day.

Key wasn’t in lockbox when we arrived, had to wait outside for a long time with my children. And I had to drive to Walmart to take them to use the restroom. Fans were full of dust. As a solo female traveler, I was absolutely appalled that the door key was left sitting where anyone could have grabbed it during that night. The room was absolutely filthy. That I ended up in the Emergency a few hours later. Clumps of hair and mildew in the shower, filthy bedding covered in hair, and dirty socks left under the bed from a previous guest. Either the bed/bedding or headboard reeked of cat urine.

Was rented a dirty unit. It took 24 hrs to get a different, clean unit. Had no toilet paper, dirty linens on beds, dirty towels in bathroom. Poor communication. Had to request 3 times for issue to be resolved. Unit did not look like photos. Photos are misleading.

I had 3 days without electricity and I tried to contact the phone number for their maintenance and no one replied. I also asked reception to help me, who were barely there during the day. Once I finally found someone at the office/reception they said they have no idea what to do. They also called the same phone number for maintenance and like for me, no one replied. If you stay here prepare to be left completely on your own if any issue arises. No electricity is border line third world country conditions, and with these prices answering my phone call is the bare minimum. I am very disappointed in my stay here and will never return. If you can, please avoid for your best interest.

This place and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for renting this filthy place out, absolutely disgusting and infested with bedbugs and roaches. Mattress full of urine and no dish soap or laundry pods in sight like they claimed. No pillows for the pull out couch nor blankets.. I don’t understand why Expedia is even helping them rent this place out. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete nightmare that ruined our entire thanksgiving weekend

We booked our stay and received a confirmation email so we thought we were confirmed. We arrived at 3:30 pm ready for our check in at 4:00 pm and we hadn’t received our check in details. We called and the attendant was very kind and patient and shared that we had to do another confirmed and pay a deposit. We filled out the information and paid and we were told we would receive the details at 4:00 pm 4:15 and then the details still hadn’t come in. Once we checked in the hotel was okay
