Rooms were clean and bright, on site bakery was lovely. Location perfect.

Great hotel centrally located - between the bus station and the old town - in Annecy. My room (single room) was modern and clean. The hotel was well maintained. I would stay here again.

Great hotel with friendly staff

A great hotel at which to stay.

Thia hotel was excellent value for money and the room was spacious and well laid out. Parking for us was near the front entrance so couldnt be any closer. Easy walk into the city centre and also the lake side. Train and bus station about a 5min walk. Breakfast area is quite something with a very nice seating area and food selection was great. Yes i would come back and stay.

The room was spacious and quiet which was surprising given the hotel is located direct opposite the busy train station and bus/tram stop. The beds were comfortable and bed linen and towels crispy white.

The Hotel L’Imperial Palace is in a great location next to the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted us in arranging a private boat trip around Lake Annecy. Overall a perfect hotel stay.

Fantastic location being walkable to restaurants, cafes, all the gorgeous sights and the train station. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom. We loved sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine in the late afternoon watching the world go by below. We had a coffee pod machine and non alcoholic mini bar stocked daily which was a great bonus. Another bonus was the...

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. It is also close to everything. The food is delicious Everything we asked for was catered too. The staff are polite, knowledgeable & incredibly speedy with requests.

Staff were really lovely and couldn’t have a better location.

Great property, nice apartment that was fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a car, would definitely recommend having one for this location. It’s about 12 mins to Annecy. Check in was a bit tricky as you have to contact manager by phone which wasn’t convenient when travelling with an eSIM. Otherwise no complaints

The hotel was clean and the location was brilliant, walking distance to so many places.

Very good

Spacious modern room and bathroom. Helpful staff. Near the station.

The hotel is a gentle 5-10mins walk from the station. Close enough that you do not need a taxi, but far enough that you do not get 'station crowds' or 'station noise'. The Reception staff are all multilingual, and very happy to help. There is a laundromat about 3mins walk from the hotel. Public transport is nearby, and the hotel participates in a programme whereby public transport is free for your time in Geneva. The breakfast was well priced, and abundant. The room I had was a good size, and...
