I told the reception I didn' get any uograde, and his excuse is no room available which I knew is lying. I can my floor is almost empty. I told them the air conditioning in my room is not working, they didn't even apologize and aiad they will find someone to fix, but no body even check before thw time we left.

Otel büyük bir alışveriş merkezinin yanında. Bu bazı açılardan bir avantaj. Ancak otele erişim alışveriş merkezi trafiğinden etkileniyor. Otopark sorunsuz. Odalar biraz eski. Temizlikde sorun yoktu. Kahvaltı her Türk otelinde olduğu gibi iyi seviyede.

The room was well fitted with needed things and furniture is well placed.
The breakfast was excellent.

Nice location and easy parking.
However:
1. Carpet in the hallway of our floor had a very bad mouldy smell (and there a small heating device on the floor during summer that was on).
2. In-room cooling system was keep on reverting to 24 degrees and room was feeling very warm and humid. I have overwritten that to 22 degrees but then it was reverting back to 24 again. I’ve called the reception and they said they will fix that from the central system but half an hour later again the same thing happened.

Beautiful hotel, next to a mall, taxi near, excellent breakfast, meal, nice staff. Excellent view to mall.
Need to repair a sofa, and a twist lamp, this was on second room, the first was excellent, they changed my room because of damage sofa.

Amazing stay as usual, every time you notice the improvement.
Friendly and welcoming staff starting with Utko who made our trip, moving to Kadir who helped us alot.
At the reception we had the best check in/ out experience with the greatest smile.
An upgrade was offered which moved our level of stay to a higher level.
If I have the name right (Kibra) was very friendly and socially active.
Breakfast was another great story with best chosen material for the most famous dishes.
Rooms were spacious and well equipped.
Being connected to a mall was great to ease of shopping.

5 Stars Hotel Must Be Better
In general it was good but the A/C is not working good, the WiFi is bad.
As a 5 stars hotel it should be better (sometimes we found a torn towels in our room)
