"Great location and property. We opted for a non balcony room so we were on the street/highway facing side. There were trucks and a bit of traffic noise. We’ll select a river facing room next time. "

"The unit was clean and comfortable, and very conveniently located. All of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is not included in the rate, and is 14/day (not 12, as stated in the listing when we made our reservation). The building was quiet at night. We could hear the TV in the unit next door, but not from our bedroom. We would stay here again!"

"I skipped the breakfast. The room was very clean. Best location in Durango. Next to a bagel shop and train starion, two blocks from great coffee shop. Easy walk to Las Animas river and park. Deer roam the town, so beware if you are driving. Price was very reasonable. Kudos!"
