. We loved sitting out on the back deck/patio watching the sunset. Our teenagers had a great time in the lake and fishing close by. The house is dated and could use more sleeping space but then it would probably cost a whole lot more because of the location so the value was good. It was everything needed for a

house. The owners were very responsive. "
