"The hotel was great, staff were very helpful, location was perfect for exploring, off the main road so was quiet but very close to subway and city centre. Laundry room proved useful for us although it can be exceptionally busy. Our child's breakfast was not bookable via expedia so assumed it was already - apparently it wasn't. I think this was expedia at fault for not providing the option but could have been staff training. We were able to get early check in at 0600 which was very much appreciated. Overall very good experience."

"I feel like this location is very good to go to most if not all major sightseeing areas. The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful in helping us find the luggage our airlines had lost. I highly recommend this hotel. It is walking distance from wangfujing st where you can just walk around to get some fresh air or go shopping at one of the malls/ many stores"

"Well located good quality hotel, not far from Tiananmen and the Forbidden City; a five minute walk to the Wanfujing shopping strip (the building with the Apple Store has many restaurants on levels 5 & 6). Pool and gym area is truly exceptional by any hotel standard anywhere. Bar is ok but very adequate. Service was efficient and friendly. Concierge lady was a delight, with excellent English. "

The staff was helpful, there was an issue with the lights which they fixed immediately. There are also countless dining options nearby, along with easy access to shopping areas. The hotel itself is well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for families. Breakfast was also a standout—an impressive selection with excellent quality that made for a great start to each day. Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional service truly made all the difference. "
