"The front desk staff is impolite when I check in. I gave him 4 passports (2 adult female, 1 adult male and 1 teenager 13 year old male). He judged me to order a luxury two twin beds for 4 people. He asked me to show my Expedia order confirmation for him. My order confirmed with 4 people in one room. Then he continues to ask me why I think my son as a child. I said my son only 13 year old. He rolled his eyes at us🙄. Then, he showed one passport for me and said he is not 13, he is an adult. 😑😑 He showed the passport is not my son’s, it’s my husband’s. After I clarified his mistake, he didn’t have any apologies for me. He just used their own language (not English / Japanese/ Chinese) talking with his colleagues. "

"I stayed here simply to get the experience of staying in a capsule hotel. After having done it, it’s not to my preference but if I was in a pinch, or was traveling on a tighter budget, I’d 100% stay here again. Super convenient location, nice area to relax in and plenty of space for washing up. It’s a little odd to me not having onsite staff you can talk to, but it was still super convenient. My only issues were the noise at night (I’m sure we’re all shocked) and the cleanliness of the showers specifically, they could use a renovation. Otherwise it was quite nice."

"Very good, clean rooms, surprising amenities like a massage chair recliner in your room, water bottles and complimentary slippers. They even provided pajamas. Which at this price point was amazing. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try their breakfast but the menu looked good! "

"This hotel is conveniently located close to Hakata Station, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The property itself is modern and clean, and the rooms are a typical size for business hotels in Japan. The only improvement I’d suggest would be adding more hooks or hanging space for towels and clothes. I found there wasn’t quite enough room to hang things, so I ended up buying a few hooks from 3COINS just to manage facecloths in the bathroom. Other than that, staffs were nice, breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again"

"This hotel is typical small Japanese style room. Bed is ok and room was clean, but very small. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious downstairs at the Kyushu Megumi no Kozuchi restaurant. The hotel is also very close to Hakata station which is very convenient. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby."

"I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Hokke Club Fukuoka and found it to be a great choice for my visit. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions, making it simple to get around the city."
