"The room was ridiculously small and to make it worse they had a 3rd bed in it. A real rip off. You could not swing a cat in there."

"The staff was very enthusiastic and helpful. The location is amazing and within walking distance to several tram stations. This hotel is very dated and looks like it once an upon a time was a very nice hotel. However, the drains smelled when we arrived. I am not sure if this is typical of Amsterdam but this caused the room to smell. The floors aren't cleaned and very apparent that they do not clean under the bed because we found old socks under the bed. There were no bed bugs, the linen was fine but overall, the rest of the room wasn't the best well kept. There was dust in different corners. I don't think I will come back."

"Staff was outstanding in being helpful. Breakfast was a disappointment since all of the “hot” food was tepid at best. The cold foods were great. Overall, I recommend this choice. I’ve included the view from our room."

"We loved everything about this hotel. The location perfect and just a short bus ride to center of town. Most times walked back at end of day. Loved that we could do laundry, eat great meals there and feel completely at home. Fitness facility also has everything you need for a quick workout. "
