Room was nice however lighting was very dark in the room and the panoramic view upgrade for the room wasn’t worth it….view wasn’t great compared to other rooms view in pictures online. Easy to get to central station with a 5 min walk to the tram from hotel.

Due to our room not being ready for check in the staff went out their way to provide a room upgrade to apologise before we had a chance to say anything. It was very thoughtful and brilliant customer experience.
